Siphon / Vacuum
Grind Setting: Medium to Fine
Water to Coffee: 16g:1g OR 1cup:3Tbsp
Brew Time: 6 minutes
Instructions: Soak the filter in warm water and place in correct position.
Depending on capacity add 300-400 grams of water and turn on heat source. When the water has transferred to the top chamber (203ºF), add the grounds to the top chamber gently agitating the water so grounds are submerged.
Reduce the heat slightly and let the coffee brew for 1 minute without stirring while it degasses and bubbles.
Remove the coffee maker from the heat. Agitate the water with the stirrer to break the crust -- the coffee will extract into the lower chamber.
Remove the Siphon vessel and serve coffee.
Moka Pot

Instructions: Fill chamber with water. Fill the funnel with the ground coffee, level the grounds, and wipe the funnels rim clean. Do not tamp grounds.
Screw the moka pot's top on tightly. Place the moka pot on a stove over medium heat.
When you hear a hissing-gurgling sound, remove from heat and pour your coffee.
