This heirloom Caturra variety produces uniquely aromatic cup profiles that can be floral, and tea-like. The patient drinker will be rewarded, as the cooling cup reveals a complex profile of rounded sweetness, citrus, and aromatic floral characteristics. We taste raw sugar, scents like panela, cinnamon and subtle tropical hint.
